Since 2017, Cosmic Reaper have carried the black-flamed torch of doom, blending crushing sludge heaviness with Southern swing and cosmic psychedelia. Emerging from the shadows of Charlotte, North Carolina, the band honors the long lineage of doom while shaping their own distinct sound, steeped in American mysticism and pure amp worship.

With their second full-length, “Bleed the Wicked, Drown the Damned”, Cosmic Reaper take their sound to a new level while returning to the primal roots of doom metal, infused with a touch of ’90s angst. This record drips with fuzz-drenched riffs, hypnotic grooves, and towering atmospheres, carrying listeners from rebellion and sacrifice to lust, betrayal, and sci-fi drenched horror themes.
